Here's a recipe that combines the sophistication of a classic cocktail with the kick of your favorite morning brew - the Espresso Martini! Perfect for those late-night celebrations or as a pick-me-up to keep the party going. Let's dive into this delightful concoction that'll add a buzz to your New Year's party!

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 ounces vodka

- 1 ounce coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)

- 1 ounce freshly brewed espresso (cooled to room temperature)

- 1/2 ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)

- Ice

- Coffee beans for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Chill your martini glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

2. Brew espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.

3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

4. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and simple syrup to the shaker.

5. Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly chill and combine.

6. Discard the ice from the martini glass.

7. Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer or cocktail strainer to catch any ice shards.

8. Optionally, garnish with a few coffee beans on the foam.

9. Serve and enjoy your delightful Espresso Martini!

Remember, you can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup according to your taste preferences. Cheers to a fantastic New Year's celebration!
