The Haute Hair experience will feel a little different than your first time at any other salon.
First, we will already have met, because we ask every guest to begin by filling out our online application. This allows us to see your current hair, understand your goals, and setup a virtual consultation where we can really get to know each other.
It’s also a great way for us to answer all of your questions and make sure we are a perfect fit to begin your extension journey together.
Before we begin your appointments, we will have a a brief in person consultation to confirm we understand your vision and are on the same page. Your color transformation will begin and we can make any adjustments to the wefts necessary to achieve your desired outcome. The first half of the appointment is spent getting to know YOU. We love to know your story, what brings you joy, how you found us us—but most importantly, be prepared to tell us where you are taking your new hair when you leave the salon!
Once your color has processed and after our signature Lavender warm towel treatment, we will begin the installation. During the next few hours we review our personal recommendations, tips, tricks and answer all questions to care and maintenance of your new hair. Our goal is to make sure you know how to properly take care of your NBR™️ when you get home. The cut, the style and the after pictures are very last and we love it when you let us share on Instagram.
